ANALYTICS

This site utilizes non-identifiable tracking cookies through Google Analytics to learn about our visitors' browsing so that we may enhance their experience and promote our brand.

Our family of sites utilizes Google's User ID Tracking, where the "User-ID enables the association of one or more sessions (and the activity within those sessions) with a unique and persistent ID that you send to Analytics." While multiple devices may be connected to the same individual, personal information about that individual remains anonymous to us (and to Google). More on User ID may be found at this link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3123662.

Our site anonymizes (also known as IP masking) visitor IP addresses to protect your personal data.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not sell Personal Information. Personal Information may at times be required to be provided to third-party vendors to complete processes initiated by you, such as a credit card purchase, etc.

Third-parties implemented directly on this site include: MailChimp (subscriptions, newsletters), Monday.com (customer relationships, project management), and WooCommerce (product sales and downloads). While we cannot police their activity, they are chosen as respectable parties with regard to data security.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Analytics data is stored by Google Analytics for up to twenty-six months from the point of last visit.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
